Shipping Policy
We aim to make delivery clear and predictable. The estimates below apply to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 7–12 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Courier disruption, severe weather, customs checks, public holidays, unusually high order volumes or other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
International Fulfilment
Depending on stock availability, your order may be dispatched by one of our international fulfilment partners. This does not change your rights, the price confirmed at checkout, or the support available from Vitalis.
Shipping Costs
Any shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete the order. Where the checkout displays free delivery, no standard delivery charge will be added by Vitalis.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information can take a few working days to appear after dispatch.

Address Changes
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact support@vitalisrestore.com immediately. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.
If a parcel is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to cover reasonable reshipping costs. This does not apply where the error was ours.
Delays, Lost Parcels and Delivery Issues
If the latest estimated delivery date has passed, or tracking has not updated for several working days, contact us and we will investigate with the delivery partner.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, check any safe place, household members, neighbours and the carrier’s delivery details, then contact us promptly so we can assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number. Photos can help us resolve the issue faster. Your statutory rights are not affected.
